Introduction of the Who I Am Philosophy
This is how it all started… This is how a great idea becomes real and a dream of mine comes true. Let’s get to know each other.
Hello there!
I just began writing in my blog and to tell you the truth, I never knew how this works. I could share pages and pages about who I am, what I do etc but this is not the point. So I’ll start with a small introduction to the Who I Am Philosophy that changed my life and the lives of others who attend my Masterclasses:
The Who I Am Philosophy is more than a leadership and sales philosophy. It is my truth. It’s the reason why I left my home country when I was 35 years old, moved to Dubai, and became the No 1 sales manager in the brokerage firm I was working for in 2018 and 2019. It is the reason why I started as a salesperson and became a CEO in Marketing and Sales Marketing in Bahrain within 4.5 years.

It’s my biggest creation and my goal is to share it with the entire world! Because I know that it can make a difference.
“No, it’s not the “magical” and “secret” recipe of success.”
There is no such thing. If you are looking for a recipe, I can always give you one for scrambled eggs, salmon, and cream cheese that will blow your mind away.
But if you “get the meaning” of the philosophy, either by becoming a part of the Who I Am Squad and reading this blog, or listening to my podcasts, or attending my Masterclasses, or buy my upcoming book, you will definitely start taking charge of your life. You will see that only
you have the power to choose, affect, and create. If you fully understand this and see that our brain is the most powerful muscle we have and that if it had not been for it, we would still be in the Ice Age eating seaweed, you will also understand that there are no limits for someone who has the willpower. There are no limits for someone who needs something.
No more excuses. There is only room for results from now on.
The Who I Am Philosophy aims to create more leaders by making everyone understand if their basic traits are aligned with the person they should be in order to achieve greatness. If not, then change is non-negotiable.
“It’s either black or white!”
What YOU need to do is first understand the difficulty that comes with any kind of change we pursue. It might sound simple or you might think that you can change, but the truth is that it is way too difficult. It is also extremely painful and hard to handle. Gandhi might have said, “Be the change you want to see in the world” but the truth is that it is easier said than done.
The problem is that no one fully understands the real meaning of change or what it takes for anyone to become the person they need to be on their way up to success. No one understands the number of sacrifices needed. It is hard to see that your psychology and your attitude must be changed. It is also hard to undergo the process of getting rid of numerous well-established bad habits and limiting beliefs. It hurts your ego.
“Change can literally break you!”
This is why people do not change. They do not find the courage to do so. They talk about change and they embrace it, but they do not act on it. Not only do they not know what they need to do, but even if they do, they give up when the first obstacle comes up and go back to the safety of everything familiar. They come up with hundreds of stupid excuses or, simpler than that, they are in denial. They tend to react, defend themselves, or feel offended when they confront change. They find it threatening. It goes without saying that they take no action whatsoever.
That is the reason why they expect OTHERS to change so that their environment changes also—hilarious, absurd, and offensive for those who managed to achieve what they wanted.
Through the Who I AM Philosophy, the change occurs easily because it affects the deeper part of our brains systematically and with care. It affects the subconscious mind, our Internal
DNA as I am used to saying, with a repetition of specific attitudes through a plan that works like nothing else!
Complicated? It might sound like it but it’s not. It’s all about getting to know it and then…
(drumrolls!!)
