At Mikel Cafe in Dubai, surrounded by friends and colleagues, Spyros shared the story behind the book and read a few excerpts that inspire him every day.

August ’24 – Official publication of his book ``Who I Am - The Black Book Of Change``
One of the greatest days of all!
The day that his first book was published. A leadership and sales book inspired by his 25 years of experience of which 14 in managing people and leading sales teams that aim to the top. And actually reaching it! 3,5 years of writing, editing, translating from Greek to English, proofreading and having a lot of patience ended up in this masterpiece of his. You can purchase it here

March ’24 – Certificate in Innovation Strategy and Leadership
This certificate from the European Institute of Leadership and Management in Dublin was part of Spyro’s growth and obsession with new ideas and innovations. In this short-term class, he got some deep insights from the well-known book of Sun Tzu – The Art Of War, showing the importance of leading people by having a clear strategy and goal.
February ’24 – Meet Up with Angelos Leventis (Psychotherapist, CSW, M.Ed)
A great day, a great discussion with a great friend and professional.
Spyros and Angelos exchanged points of view about 3 very important issues that they both face in their line of duty. 2 different characters, one in sales and management, result-oriented and obsessed with the final outcome, and the other a deep understanding Psychodramatist and Psychotherapist, aimed to help people do more by bringing to the surface traits and limited beliefs that actually stop them from reaching their high potential.

November ’23 - Brinc Batelco's Mentor Advisory Program
As part of his long-term cooperation with Brinc Batelco – Bahrain, Spyros was invited once again, to be a mentor for the Advisory Program of the Young Entrepreneur (Mashroo3i 2.0) Bootcamp to take 20 Bahraini startups from Ideation stage to Minimum Viable Product stage (MVP). In this 1-hour session, Spyros used his long experience in sales to provide insights and help participants understand how to create digital channels to reach their target audience and grow their brand. Gaining an understanding of Digital Marketing techniques and best practices and knowing how to implement a digital marketing strategy based on their products was the key in his guidance.
February ’23 – Interview by Johnny and The Books
In the first days of February 2023, Spyros was interviewed by Johnny and The Books. In an interview that lasted almost an hour, Spyros shared his story from when he left Greece in 2017 and went to Dubai until he went to Greece to begin his new business in the Crypto industry. He spoke about how he conceived and implemented the Who I Am Philosophy, the value his salesmen got from it, and the remarkable results they all together gained. What Johnny and The Books – a passionate future entrepreneur – and the people who watched the interview online got finally from Spyros in this interview was that there are no limits for the ones who have a clear target and determination. And this is the basic goal of the Philosophy. To help people get to that.
December ’22 – Crypto Meet Up “Where To Start With Crypto”
Like a classic crypto lover and a fanatic investor, Spyros was invited to a Crypto Meet Up in Brinc Batelco in Bahrain, hosted by Haitham Al Issa and with the subject “Where To Start With Crypto”. Using his 8 years of experience in the financial markets and his Stock Broker license from the CySec (Cyprus Security and Exchange Commission), Spyros spoke about how the inflation created a domino effect on the crypto market and how temporary that status was. He predicted that the industry would have tremendous growth in 2023 and 2024. And he was right. Because from December 2022 to March 2024, Bitcoin gained approximately 300%. Not bad right?

December ’22 – World Leadership Summit 2022
That was one of Spyro’s greatest honors. To be part of one of the biggest Leadership Summits in the world! Company owners, CEOs, and leadership coaches shared their stories and the key elements that helped them succeed in their area. Spyros was invited to share his Who I Am Philosophy, the story behind it, the reasons for someone to implement it, the main truth about who we truly are and how our habits define us and how HUGE that mistake is. It was a historical day!

December ’22 - Who I Am Masterclass – Youth Version
The Youth version of the Who I Am Masterclass took place in Level 5 in Bahrain. Attendees (Teachers, parents, and students) were connected with the Who I Am Philosophy through its 6 Core Principles and the so-called “The Blind Mountain”. They learned how crucial it is for a child to learn the basic values and principles of a leader, before even his 18th year. That will definitely make him different from the masses. Spyros pointed out that leaders are the ones who rule the world, no matter its scale. From a small business to a huge country. And that’s why they should learn and apply it from a very young age. What an amazing experience!

November ’22 - Brinc Batelco’s Mentorship Program
Brinc is a breed of venture capital and accelerator firm, mostly providing services to Start-ups. Spyros was invited as a Mentor to guide young entrepreneurs and give them his philosophy about business mentality and attitude. He had more than 12 one-on-ones with young people who shared with him their ideas for their upcoming business and got tremendously surprised by their clear vision and business plan. That was a great evening!
November ‘22 – Special Guest at Teach Meet
TeachMeet is a special event in which several teachers, coaches, and instructors gather around in one venue and share ideas that will boost the young people of each area. This time the Meet took place at Level 5 in Bahrain and Spyros spoke about the importance of leadership in young people. More specifically he focused on how, biologically, young people can absorb new skills and traits more easily and faster than older people and how important it is to teach them skills and attitudes that will increase the possibility of achieving success in their lives. That was an amazing afternoon!
July ’22 – Who I Am Masterclass – Mystic Version
That Mystic Version of the Who I Am Masterclasses was curated by one of Spyro’s mentees. The organizing was part of his training in sales, argumentation, ethics, and result orientation. In the end, Spyro’s mentee managed to accomplish the 10 attendees goal and he got the credits for it and every attendee learned how to strengthen their mindset, separate themselves from the ordinary and the average, and in the end, go and get what they deserve. Of course, by the end of the Masterclass, everyone got their Certificate of Participation and went outside with new ideas and a fresh mindset. That was a great day!
June ’22 – Interview at Bahrain TV
In the first days of June 2022, Spyros was interviewed by the one and only Baraa Abdulla on Bahrain TV. During that interview, Spyros was asked about his actions so that Daphne’s Showroom becomes real, his leadership and sales philosophy, his certifications and experience in coaching people, and his next steps for the future. What an amazing experience!
May ’22 – Ambassador of Daphne’s Showroom
In May 2022, Spyros was honored for his actions and support, by cutting the ribbon at the grand opening of Daphne’s Showroom. A 6-day Art Event that took place in Bahrain Bay, curated by Daphne Votanopoulou, with 50 artists from 12 different countries. Artists from Bahrain, Kuwait, UAE, Saudi Arabia, France, Ukraine, Greece, and more, exhibited their art in a perfectly organized event that left everyone who attended speechless. Those were days to remember!
March ‘22- World Art Dubai (WAD Talks)
In March 2022, Spyros was one of the key speakers of the World Art Dubai 2022. The title of his speech “Managing an Artist” gave the impression that he would speak about how to manage an artist but the final outcome was far from that. His phrase “You can be your own manager because none can tell your story better than you”, showed the audience that they don’t need anyone to represent him. They can do it better than anyone else!

February '22 - Certified from the John Maxwel's Leadership Foundation
At the beginning of 2022, Spyros participated in an 8-week Leadership Training called “Change Your World”, specially designed by John Maxwell. During that special training, participants analyzed important traits and behaviors that are vital for a leader’s outcome. Putting your purpose into action, Multiplication, Listening, and Integrity are a few of the lessons that were held during that 8-week Transformation Table.
