Hey there! My name is Spyros Karagiannis, I am currently a Director of Sales in a big Investment firm and the creator of the Who I Am Philosophy. Before that, I was the CEO of a sales and marketing company in Bahrain where I realized that being just an Real Estate, Cryptocurrency and Hedge Funds investor has a lot more fun than having my own business. It’s… healthier. By the way, Bahrain is an island surrounded by the Arabian Gulf and is connected to Saudi Arabia by a bridge. If you look at a map, on the left you will see the country of oil, on the south is Qatar, and even southern on the east, there are Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

OK, so now that I have shown you around, geography class is over.

I am not a person who would just point out his plusses but mostly his minuses. But I am pretty sure that you wanna know to who I am.

Well, in a few words, besides being a typical boss with the Greek temperament and charm, I am also a Leadership and Sales Philosophy Coach. My basic aims are to inspire you, increase your productivity, and diversify your viewpoints. I believe that:

“Actions are subjective.
Our results are our true judge”

which actually means that no matter how hard you work, if you don’t bring food to the table, your hard work is to throw it in the dumpster. It’s black or white.

I have been practicing and training my philosophy for the last 8 years, in Greece, Dubai, Bahrain, and Cyprus, either by having sessions in sales companies or individually with their directors and I know FOR A FACT that it works and that change is absolute necessary for the ones that want more!

No matter who you are right now. No matter what you have achieved so far.

I have more than 20 years of experience, of which 14 are in sales. Despite my Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and the 14 years I spent in the construction industry, in all my life I have done MANY THINGS to get where I am today. I have been a network marketeer, a door-to-door real estate agent, a door-to-door business advertisement salesman (OMG too much door knocking! And walking! Crap! That was hardcore), a telemarketer selling internet line packages through a machine that was sending you the next call the moment the previous call was ending and an aggressive stock options salesman like the “Wolf of Wallstreet” came to life working more than 11 hours a day!

Somewhere along the way, and with the implementation of my very own Who I Am Philosophy I managed to conquer my greatest fear. That of the rejection. Long story…

I have been a Sales Manager, a Director of sales, a personal coach, a public speaker, a mentor, and last but not least an author.
