OMG! Not another “coach”!

Well, if someone says that, he’s right. Our social media is filled with people who just wanna promote their thoughts because they believe that they can bring more value to other people’s lives. Coaches, Salespersons, Managers, Speakers, etc. They all seem pretty much the same.

But there is a catch…

 

Hello there!

A few days ago I attended a leadership event, here in Athens/Greece and there were more than 3.000 people there. So I thought “Why is that person so popular? He doesn’t have any experience whatsoever, except that he wrote a few books that caught the reader’s emotional world. I read one of his books. It’s really nice. Then I read a second one. It was also really nice. But how can a person write or speak about leadership or sales or whatever he wants to sell if he NEVER applied it?

 

“People tend to follow those who have the most followers
rather than those who have the most experience.”

 

And that’s EXACTLY our difference! In my upcoming book “Who I Am – The Black Book Of Change” which will be published in Dubai any time soon, I have the above quote in the 5th Chapter called “Leadership Is A Matter Of Attitude”. And what do I mean by that?

 

 

That more than the 85% of the people that “sell” wealth, coaching, advice, money, and success, have NO EXPERIENCE AT ALL! They probably didn’t breastfeed so much and they decided to FOOL others by selling them hopes and dreams. But they don’t really know the cost of success. The cost of bringing results that will CRASH the competition. They don’t know what “discipline”, or “patience” or “integrity” or “determination” or “persistence” means. They

don’t know what the anxiety of managing people and potential success can cause you or your family, or your body, or your soul. It’s fucking hard! So WHY THE FUCK WOULD I LISTEN TO THEM?

By the way, I don’t know the guy from the photo above. I just met him…

When it comes to the Who I Am Philosophy, “responsibility” is one of the basic values. Learn to identify the ones that are “selling” you, from the ones that “transfer applied knowledge”. APPLIED! Don’t follow people just because they have many followers. You are going in the wrong way! And have in mind this:

 

“Acceptable knowledge is only the one that derives from strategies already put into practice”

 

This is something that you will also read while ENJOYING my book! 😊

And while you read it, pay attention that EVERYTHING that I am writing comes from stories that happened to me in my 20 years of experience, of which 13 are in sales. I had the chance to work with and train a lot of young people in sales who had no formal education and no previous knowledge of sales. Before managing them, they worked as waiters, storekeepers, or plumbers; they had jobs on the clock. I already knew that success was not easy to attain, but it was made even clearer to me after working with them. By training and mentoring them, I understood that thorns, mines, and nuclear bombs were inevitable on the way up to a successful career. Disappointments, insults, doubts, distress, irritability, stomach problems caused by stress, arguments, ego, bone-crushing ego, and bones literally crushed after punching the wall. I have been there…

 

 

Yep! That’s correct! This is an x-ray of my hand, back in 2018, after crushing it to a wall trying to relieve my stress, anxiety, anger and SO MANY OTHER EMOTIONS! Trust me… it didn’t work…

 

 

And only that. In my career I have been a network marketeer, a door-to-door real estate agent, a door-to-door business advertisement salesman (OMG too much door knocking! And walking! Crap! That was hardcore), a telemarketer selling internet line packages through a machine that was sending you the next call the moment the previous call was ending and an aggressive stock options salesman like the “Wolf of Wallstreet” came to life working more than 11 hours a day!

So you can be SURE that everything that you’ll read or hear from me, comes from REAL experience. No bullshit, no air talk, no phantasies, no philosophy that suddenly sprouted in my brain. It’s fuckn’ real! The Who I Am Philosophy is applied by many people in Greece, Bahrain, and Dubai and it makes a difference! And there are so many more people coming. Hope you are coming also because in the end of the day:
